UU FaithAction New Jersey is joining other faith-based organizations to support a rally this Friday, October 22 at noon at 970 Broad Street in Newark.  The rally is organized to support Haitian and black immigrants.

We all saw the way the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) enforced the border against the thousands of Haitians on the Texas border in September.  That encounter clearly showed the importance of our First Principle of the inherent worth and dignity of every person as well as UU values of compassion and equity for all.  Let us raise our voices in support of these migrants.  If you are able, please come to Newark on Friday, and if not, please use the Facebook link to watch a livestream —   https://fb.me/e/13Ya94vx7
