Say the Word: Reparations Juneteenth Rally

New Jersey was known as “the slave state of the North.” As a result of that enduring legacy, Black people in New Jersey today face some of the worst racial disparities in America. It is time to repair that enduring harm. It is time to say the word: REPARATIONS.

Join our coalition partners from across the state for a Juneteenth Rally to pass S322/A711 to establish a Reparations Task Force in New Jersey!
This historic legislation will require New Jersey to study and take responsibility for its role
in American slavery and to make policy recommendations to repair its enduring effects.
