The Unitarian Universalist Church of Cherry Hill Reparations Task Force has invited Dr. Walter Greason of Macalaster College to lead a discussion about how the embedded racism that allowed New Jersey to be considered the Slave State of the North continued to be expressed during Reconstruction and Jim Crow through racial housing covenants, the acceptance of the Ku Klux Klan, and other displays of racism.
This public forum is sponsored by the Reparations Task Force at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Cherry Hill.
