CCL’s Unitarian Universalist Action Team is excited to host a special gathering to prepare for CCL’s June Lobby Day.

Rev. Kelly Dignan, co-Director of Programs for Unitarian Universalist Ministry for Earth, is trained as a “movement chaplain”. Movement chaplaincy offers care, accompaniment and resilience building for people involved in justice movements, and it is offered by UU Ministry for Earth (UUMFE)!

One goal of movement chaplaincy is to ground activism in our faith.
Together, we will
- get centered
- develop a mantra for our work together, and
- consider ways we can regroup with each other during the advocacy and lobby days with spiritual practice.
- We will prepare with tools to harmonize our bodies and spirits for the work ahead.
This event is primarily directed to UUs who plan to lobby with CCL in June but is open to all who want to strengthen their spiritual grounding in our climate lobbying work. ** Please share with others. All are welcome!
