We’ve engaged Rev. Jake Morrill, Lead Minister of Oak Ridge Unitarian Universalist Church in Oak Ridge, TN, and a seasoned consultant/coach, to help us discern our organization’s history, and path forward. We are excited to take stock of what’s transpired, hopes and dreams for the future, and to strengthen our collective leadership, post-pandemic. All aspects of how we operate will be explored such as staffing, the board of trustees, task forces, congregational relations, financial sustainability, etc.
