We come together on Sunday to grieve the loss of this beautiful soul. As our hearts break, we stand in solidarity with open hearts to carry forward the spirit of Nex’s shining light. Let their life move us towards justice for other young folx who are bullied and continue to suffer from anti-trans policies. Please join us Sunday, Feb 25th at 1:00 at UUCM for a Vigil to honor and remember the life of Nex Benedict. Nex Benedict was a non-binary, 16 year student from Oklahoma, who was bullied and beaten at school on Feb 7th and passed away on Feb 8th. Let’s show up to share our love and support for our trans, non-binary and genderfluid friends and family.
